Discount Tire

Roel was incredibly helpful throughout the process of purchasing new tires. He took the time to answer all of my questions and thoroughly explained the different options without ever making me feel rushed. I also appreciated that he never tried to push a particular brand. Instead, he gave me the information I needed to compare my choices, allowing me to make the decision that felt right for my car. Excellent customer service from start to finish.

A screw was found in the back right passenger side tire. It was in the place where the tire could not be patched. I did not have the funds to have the tire replaced with a new one, so I asked if the spare tire could be used until I could purchase the replacement tire. The gentleman who I spoke with this morning I had never met before. He assured me that he would get me taken care of and told me not to worry. Imagine my surprise when he informed me that my spare was too old to be put on the ground and that he was going to replace the damaged tire. I said I could not afford it and again, he stated that he was taking care of me. If I had not been sitting in a chair, I would have fainted. No one says anything like that to me. The tire was replaced and I was on the road in less than twenty minutes. I have always found the service at this particular location to be far and above other discount stores, but this time they must have been angels because God sent one particular angel my way. I promised them a review and here it is. They are truly God's earth angels because the blessing I received today could not have happened at a more important time in my life. May God bless them

I cannot say good enough things about this location and ALL THE PROFESSIONAL AND CARING guys here. Denzel is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!! Brayden greeted me very professional and was considerate of the day I had and got me in for a tire repair IMMEDIATELY! I use this location not only for my personal vehicle but my fleet for work as well and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME service is on point, no issues or headaches. Other stores could definitely benefit from spending time here to see how its done! Thank you guys! Definitely appreciate it!

I had an outstanding experience at Discount Tire thanks to Denzel and Anthony. They went above and beyond to take care of me and my vehicles. Even though they were busy, they found a way to fit me into their schedule and made sure everything was handled promptly and professionally. What impressed me most was their commitment to customer service. They actually drove out of their way to pick up four new tires so I could get back on the road as quickly as possible. That level of dedication is hard to find these days. The facility is clean and well-run, the management is excellent, the prices are competitive, and everyone I interacted with had a great attitude. This is exactly why I continue to spend my tire dollars at Discount Tire. Denzel and Anthony earned a customer for life. Highly recommend!

I love Discount Tire as an entire franchise that I trust. I have been on the road all over the country and had tires go bad due to age on both my truck and my travel trailer when the band is on the road or I’m with my family and at every store it seems like everybody enjoys working there for one thing and are eager to help. Denzel was our sales/ front office guy and he made us feel like VIP’s. Honoring the warranty, working hard on pricing/ value/ quality/ safety concerns, and projecting expectation and time. So few places in this entire country do that. So, top down, thank you guys for my 10th set of tires. Lifetime customers!
